This is the first file in my HFO training series and focused on removing orgasms. It can be listened to on its own, but contains mantras and words that will be triggers that appear later on in the series.
The file is open ended on when you are allowed to cum again, with a suggestion that any dominant can make you. This was designed so people can curate their own denial experience when listening to the series by letting all that arousal build up, then moving onto the next file. Alternatively, this file can be used as a lil bit of help when doing chastity, even outside of the series.
Most importantly, denial is going to be a different experience for everyone and each person will have their own individual limit, so please be aware of the ambiguous end date when listening.
